Poe offers free shipping on orders over $150 AUD within Australia

A $9.95 AUD Flat rate shipping fee for orders under $150 within Australia. 

Orders are packed every 2-3 days. Shipping Domestically in Australia is a standard delivery of 2-5 business days, if you are in a rural area please allow an extra 1-2 business days.  

International Shipping

A flat rate of $20 We do not take responsibility for lost packages or damaged in transit.

Returns & Exchanges

Poe does not offer exchanges, however we will happily refund your item if it's in original condition with all tags in original packaging. Garments must not be worn or washed. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any received thereafter may be declined for refund. Your full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving. Poe is not responsible for return shipping costs or any lost in transit returns. Please ensure to include tracking and insurance to safeguard your item.
